Q: Hello

Do any one dealt with DLM housing and properties ? I had a very worst experience with their Harsham project. I want to know how trustworthy are they. I am cheated by them.

She too has bought a flat there. So whoever is cheated by her can directly approach her in D-block.
Do you know how she bought that flat and who paid for it ? Ask the labours there. They will tell what ugly things happened in model house.

kavitha from DLM is a fraud . She cheated my money which i paid directly to her . She will speak very nicely first and then cheat the people. Don't approach kaitha or DLM for buying the flat. Even i have complained to Bluwall but they are saying to check with her directly and not taking any responsibility.

People.....Don't trust DLM housing and properties. I was cheated by Mrs. Kavitha from DLM. They will do anything for your money and to make you book a flat. Cross check 100% yourself on what they are saying. Don't lose your hard earned money and get betrayed. Keep in mind, they are just promoters, not builders.

Hai some ediots are giving wrong information abt dlm.if its true what they said first ask them to say his name and no.and if d ediot going to do diz again serious we are going to complain under crime on them...today builders are selling directly and selling through only markeying peoples.and we exclusive markeying proples for diz project and having signed agreement with builders.so don't be confused abt dat ediots.

Again if d ediots do diz same or giving bad openion abt dlm.sure we ill take sevior action on them.bec we have signed with agreement for exclusive marketing for diz project.and if there is any problem with construction they should ask d builders only.if its continues seriously they ill be punished.bec we already completed morw then 40 flats in diz project without any complaints...so peoples don't believe those stupids and ediots

They made me book a flat, promising to give a reduction in the per sq. ft. rate during registration. Now she is denying it and not providing any response. May I know who you are ? Are you from DLM.
