It is expected to be completed by year 2014 as per the government. Such infrastructure development is expected to boost property values in the area. The area is also well-equipped with social infrastructure. The banks, such as HDFC, SBI and Bank of Maharashtra are also present here.

Well Sunil, Due to the flow of working people in the city, the demand for budget or economical properties is high. The areas closer to IT hubs such as Viman Nagar, Kalyani Nagar or Koregaon are already developed and but they are offering properties at high prices, whereas Dhanori is still fresh and is coming up with several new projects that suit all class.
