Hi Sharath,
Some of the basic amenities are 24 hrs. power backup, swimming pool, fire fighting system, club, gymnasium, card room, landscaped park etc.
You have to pay 20% of the total cost at the time of booking.

Palm Court by Ansal Housing and Construction Ltd. located at Kanpur Road, Jhansi offers 2/3 BHK apartments and 4BHk luxurious Villas. The sizes of 2BHK is 1030 sqft, 1410 sqft and 4 BHK luxurious Villas in 3160-3360 sqft.
The possession date of luxurious villas will be October'2016

Well Dinesh,
The price of 2BHK apartments in 1030 sqft is Rs. 1750/sqft, 3BHK apartments in 1410 sqft is Rs.2250/sqft whereas the Villas in 3160-3360 sqft is Rs. 2700-2800/sqft.
The possession date of 2BHK will be March'2015 and the 3BHK and Villas will be October'2016. The construction work of 2BHK has been finished and some interior finishing work is going on.

Hi Sanjay,
If i am not wrong you have booked a 2BHK flats in 1410 sqft. The Flats are ready possession. Some finishing works are going on. You will get your possession till March'2015.
