Hi, my budget is 1.5-2 crore and I am looking for apartment with area of ~2400 sq ft.

I saw this society the last weekend when I visited Dwarka and I liked the amenities in this society.

As per the quote on this website, the price of 4BHK (2400sq. ft) in this society is 2.28 crore.

Ans since, this quote is quite close to my max budget. Was thinking, if we can get a 4BHK flat in this apartment at 2crore. I would like to close the deal the next time I come to Delhi.

I am also fine with the apartments which are under construction as of now, and will be complete/ready-to-move in near future.

Well Kajal, the mentioned apartments will be around Rs 2.60Cr and this is negotiable , so you can first check out the property. Amenities here include the power back up and proximity to metro etc..Also the construction quality is quite good.

Yeah Kajal, all major banks are funding this project dependent on various criterions set by the banks and this is a freehold property. Some of the banks that i known to fund are SBI, ICICI, HDFC,etc...
