There is only one 3BHK flats in 1400 sqft, on first floor flat no-102, costing Rs. 55 lacs + registration charges is available for booking. It is a semi furnished flats with modular kitchen.

Hi Komathi,
As the flat is ready to move in since December'2013 and most of the family are occuping. You have to pay the total amount within 30-60 days.
Yes, you can get a home loan from HDFC bank or any banks which you own. They will arrange the home loan providing you all the legal documents to your own bank.
