is Akshaya paying everyone for delayed delivery. I have been promised end ofapril delivery . Is this true. I am an NRI.
Q: I am having very bad experience with no communication from Akshaya staff and delayed and incorrect responses. They are refusing to give compensation for delayed delivery. Is anyone else having the same issue?
Hi all builder is denying for any compensation ground he said that there is no provision or written agreement with the owner for compensation on delay in possession. my advised to all please check your sale deed agreement paper for this matter and let me know whether they mention any thing regarding this matter.
yes there is compensation mentioned in the agreement.but there is no progress happening.I think some of us owners can get together and meet the chairman to share the grievances, anyoneinterested,?
Hi Bhanu, I think you are right and make a group then proceed to the builder office and find out what is the exact problem of delay in progress. If the builder does not agree to give any information then consult with the reputed lawyer, so that he will guide you further. Thanks you
Hi All, I booked a unit in phase 2 in 2010 which was supposed to be handed over in Dec 2011 + 3 months grace. Only this week after 3.5 years the apartment is ready for a inspection. It says in the agreement that there should be compensation for the losses each month. i Will be talking to them this week and will decide how to go about it. I would not recommend akshaya to anyone. Please share your thoughts. I think it is a good idea for owners to join together and solve this.
@ Danny You should claim your compensation from the builder, it is your right. Also take the help of a legal expert so that he can guide you in this regards.
Hello Jim, as far as I know the possession date will be given by august 2014, the project construction is almost over. Which unit have to you booked. Currently only 3bhk is available, the price would be around Rs 73 lakhs for 1712 - 1957 sq.ft.
@Himani: Banks such as HDFC Bank , Axis Bank , LIC Housing Finance Ltd , State Bank of India , ICICI Bank have approvals for home loans in this project. The current price per sq ft will be Rs 3,000 .
