Hi, i heard that the developers too were ok with the details being put on line. they were of the opinion that the move will increase the faith of home buyers in the developers and the realty sector overall.

Yes.. there is a very valid and needed demand especially among the home buyers in noida and other NCR areas to update the developer details, but this has not happened yet..

Well Noida Authority had recommended introduction of e-governance so that corruption is reduced and transparency is there in transactions as well as help buyers with a one stop area to clear all approvals and validation doubts..., land ownership, lease deed conditions, status of sanctioning building layout plan and other NOCs were supposed to be made available online...

Hmmm this is a very good move and will greatly help people in deciding projects and its validity..after all they are the ones parting with hard earned money... this will streamline the process as well...very good move!!
