It seems that the first sanctioning was for 24 floors and then construction started only later on were the other 16 floors added to make a total o f 40 floors.. is the foundation able to stand this extra floors.. it sure is a risky proposition..
Well the SC sure hinted at he nexus of builder and noida authority and said that if the building is demolished , then authority has to pay the construction cost to floors razed to builder..
Well its a relief to the investors in this project, they have invested hard earned money and if its demolished what will be the outcome.. but still a final verdict has not come
