Hey KIran: The locality is located in the northern part of Chennai just 4 kilometers away from Chennai Central Station, the locality is beautifully connected to all parts of Chennai via train and bus. The newly built Perambur flyover reduces traffic congestion has come as a big relief for thousands of people who travel in north Chennai. This locality is good for short term as well as long term investments.
