@Supratim: Hey it has a huge IT benefits and you have every thing in here it has got Inorbit mall and Microsoft, ISB, infosys and many other things. This is a well-connected, well developed area, good appreciation, rental benefits. It is very good for investment purpose as well.

Hey guys Gachibowli is a very posh locality. It is very near to ORR. It is easy connectivity of Shamshabad International Airport. Transport facility is also good in this locality. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality.

Hey Vivek, even I am looking for a unit here. Can you tell me which all banks have approvals for home loans in this project as I am planning to take home loan. Is the project approved ?

@Himani: Banks such as HDFC Bank , Axis Bank , State Bank of India , Deutsche Bank , Karur Vysya Bank , ICICI Bank have approvals for home loans. The project is approved by HMDA.

Hey Manikandan, as far as I know this project is located in Tellapur, Gachibowli, and inckudes 2bhk and 3bhk. The price for 2bhk will be around Rs 46 L and for 3bhk it would be Rs 53 L. Which unit are you looking for ?
