@Gurmeet: In the July-Sep quarter of 2013, the locality price appreciated to Rs 9082 per sq. ft. In the Oct-Dec quarter of 2013, the locality price appreciated to Rs 9125 per sq. ft. In the Jan-Mar quarter of 2014, the locality price s have remained to Rs 9125 per sq. ft. The average price per sq ft of the locality will be around Rs 10,000 or above.
@Gurmeet: As far as I know Anna Nagar East water supply comes from the Chennai Public Works Department . The electricity supply in Anna Nagar East is managed by the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board. Anna Nagar East has the Mogappair and Padi State Highways nearby. It is a developed area and the Rate of Investment (ROI) is high.
I want to know how is the accessibility and connectivity from Anna Nagar to other parts of the city? How is the social infrastructure there and also please help me out with reputed schools and colleges ?

Hey Subramanya, Anna Nagar is an established social and civic infrastructure, the area is very safe as it includes Police Stations, street lights, Fire Stations, reputed schools, colleges, government colleges, private hospitals, malls and local markets help in boosting the property value of this place. This is a developed area and very good for investments as you can expect appreciation within 2 to 3 years.
