@Gurmeet: The project is located in Velachery. According to me it would be very good idea if you are planning to buy property in Velachery. As far as I know you can get good returns as it is an ideal location for families to settle down and it offers great connectivity to all parts of Chennai. Residential apartments are quiet famous here, It is good for both long term investments as well as enduse purpose. Within 5 years you can expect good appreciation.

What is the price per sq ft they are quoting for ? What is the price range for 2bhk and 3bhk ?

@Jackie: The price per sq ft will be around Rs 7,000. The price range for 2bhk will be Rs 72 lakhs for 1009 - 1022 sq ft, for 3bhk will be Rs 1.09cr - 1.10 cr for 1567 - 1582 sq ft.

@Jackie: Almost all banks have approvals for home loans in this project. The project is approved by Corporation ..panchayat. The completion date will be by july 2014 for (B)

Hello Ravi, this project is not yet launched. They are planning to launch within 2 years. This project is located in Vinayaga Layout, Off Selva Nagar IInd Main Road, Velachery. Velachery is a very calm and decent locality. It is nearby Vijaya Nagar bus terminus, MRTS.:)
