It's nearby localities are Ambli- 2.08 kms,
Bhopal Sardar Patel-2.6 kms,
Jodhpur gam- 2.65kms,
100 ft Road- 2.8 kms,
Jodhpur Village- 3 kms etc.

The freedom City has close proximity with economic zones, Dholera Port, Fedra International Airport, Delhi-Mumbai industrial. Being located on Ammedabad-Bangalore Road which is one of the fastest developing area of Ahmedabad. It is just 45 minutes drive from Thaltej Circle at S.G. Road, well connected to Saurashtra, North and South Gujarat. It is near to Ahmedabad, Bhav Nagar and Rajkot too.

The Freedom City by Narayan Krupa Infra located at Bagodara in Ahmedabad offers residential plots. The sizes of the plots are 1044/1062/1098/1224/1314-4000/sq-ft. The current price is Rs. 300/sq-ft. But the price is negotiable. There are 273 plots available in this project.

According to government rule, loan will be provided to those plots which comes within 40 kms of range. This project is 55 kms from Ahmedabad so loan for this project by any bank. But if you are constructing a home on this plot then you can apply for a home loan with your existing or own bank.

The booking amount will be 10% of the agreement value.

Before investing in any project i wanted to know Which all projects are happening in the locality of Bagodara or its nearby locality. Can you also tell me which are the ongoing project giving its possession within 1-2 years?

Projects in Bagodara:- Bagodara Garden City- Himgiri Associates possession in 2016, Navkar Greens- Kalapi Realty possession in 2015.

Project in Nearby localities:- Godrej Gardencity at SG Highway by Godrej, possession in 2015 and Bellevue Vierra at Bavla by Davada Infrastructure, possession in 2015.

The freedom City by Narayan Krupa Infra located at Bagodara in Ahmedabad touching the state highway. It is an upcoming and growing residential & commercial economic zone nearby Ahmedabad. It is near to Ahmedabad, Bhav Nagar and Rajkot. One can expect great returns in 4-5 years of investment period by investing in this special investment zone. Current residential plot rate in the locality is between Rs. 2600-2750/sq.ft. So according to me you should go for a long term investment for better return in future.
