I want to know the current ongoing price trends in Siruseri ? Which are the good projects in Siruseri which is worth investing? Can you tell me the price details as well. Can you name some of the good developers ?

@Balwinder: In the Apr-June quarter of 2013, the locality price depreciated to Rs 3684 per sq. ft. In the July-Sep quarter of 2013, the locality price appreciated to Rs 3774 per sq. ft. In the Oct-De c quarter of 2013, the locality price appreciated to Rs 3886 per sq. ft.

Major builders of this area are: Sri Sreenivas Constructions, Meenam Constructions , VIP Housing and properties.

Projects such as :

a)Sri Sreenivasa Imperial Towers by Sri Sreenivas Constructions.

b)Asvini Ashvita by Asvini Foundations pvt ltd

Thanks for the quick response. How is the electricity and water supply ? How is the real estate growth in this locality ? Which would be better for investments plot or flats ?

@Rubiya: Siruseri water supply comes from the Chennai Public Works Department (PWD). The electricity supply in Siruseri is managed by the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (TNEB). Hey its a developing area and the real estate growth is average.

I guess plots and flats both would be fine , as this locality is in good demand and the price is increasing in good level.

Thank you for the quick response. I heard there are many reputed colleges here. Can you name some reputed schools and colleges ? How is the social infrastructure there ? How is the accessibility and connectivity from Siruseri to other parts of the city? I heard the bus service is good.

@Balwinder: Hospitals such Chettinad Health City, Chettinad Hospital and Research Institute, Praveena Hospitals are within the distance of 5 km. Some of the reputed educational institutes within the radius of 6 km are Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan Senior Secondary School (PSBB), Sushil Hari International Residential school on Kelambakkam vandalur Road. The only government school in Siruseri is the Panchayat Union Primary School. Padma Adarsh Higher Secondary School are within the radius of 5 km. Mohamed Sathak A.J College of Engineering is one of the college in Siruseri.

A Siruseri is a good locality in this city. Sipcot IT Park wherein leading IT Companies have their premises built with huge human capital in mind. The IT Park has access to OMR Road, ECR Road as well as connecting roads to Vandaloor, Medavakkam, Velachery.

The connectivity is good are direct buses from Saidapet, Adyar, Thiruvanmiyur, Broadway and Tambaram, By road It can be reached through OMR, Navalur and Kelambakkam Also the Meenambakkam airport is about 20 kilometers away.

@Priya: Siruseri is a very prime location in Chennai. It is an ideal location for all kinds of people who cares his family and works in IT and Sipcot. Surrounded by lakes and green country. You can reach from Sipcot IT park to Siruseri in 5 Minutes drive ( 4 km ) distance. All the facilities like school, mall, market, bank and ATM are available in this locality. purpose. Within 3 years you can expect good appreciation, it is good for short term, long term as well as for end use.

Siruseri is located around 30 km south of the city, along Old Mahabalipuram road. It is located between Navalur and Kelambakkam.
