Hey Viswanathan, Kolathur is one such suburb, which can boast of good amenities and relatively low prices when compared to other southern localities in Chennai. After Ambattur, Kolathur is the next fastest growing realty sector in north Chennai. There is no shortage of basic amenities like water, electricity and health care. Residential demand is driven by professionals working in various IT parks and companies. Excellent infrastructure, good connectivity, and access to grand trunk road attract a decent investment to this locality. Investment here is generally for end-user and not for rental purpose.
