What is the price trends of the city ?? Can you mention some of the good developers, and projects in this locality ? How is the electricity and water supply ?? And what about the real estate growth in Vyasarpadi ?
@Pranab: There are very less number of new housing units available of sale or rent in Vyasarpadi locality. 2 BHK houses and flats are available at the price range of Rs 6000-10000 per month making it one of the most affordable areas in Chennai real estate. But the housing units available are less in area in the range of 500 - 800 sq ft. So this shows that there is demand for affordable housing units in this area.
Vyasarpadi water supply comes from the Chennai Public Works Department (PWD). The electricity supply in Vyasarpadi is managed by the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board (TNEB). The real estate growth is average as it is a developing area.
@Pranab: Vyasarpadi is well connected with two major roads Grand Northern Trunk Road and Perambur Main Road giving good road accessibility to most of the parts in Chennai. Vyasarpadi is located around 4 Kms from George town. It also has good public transport facility through local trains. Vyasarpadi Jeeva Station is connected through western line which goes to Perambus Station. There is a market place in the area and you can get there by city buses; the bus stop is named Vyasarpadi Market.
Closest station is in Pallavram, which falls under the Chennai Suburban line. The Meenambakkam airport is about 27 kilometers away.
There are number of schools located in Vyasarpadi area namely Annai Vailankanni High School, St Joseph’s Higher Secondary School, Mercury Matriculation School, Don Bosco School and Vyasarpadi Corporation School. The area also has reasonably good health facility through Malar Hospital and Sai Shakti Hospital. Another major attraction to this area is Ambedkar Arts College. The educational facilities are more which is self sufficient for the population situated. Vyasarpadi also has an arts and science college Ambedkar College of Arts and Science.
Yes Balwinder, also I heard Vyasarpadi is a very posh locality and it is in main road .bus stand, banks and hospital are very near. Very best for commercial space. This road is 100 feet road. It is served by station which is one of the oldest stations in South India. The first train to Arcot started from this station. Excellent investment opportunity where no other investment will provide this return. This place is developing fast with all basic amenities in place. This locality is good for long term investments and end use.
Hello Subramanium, Vyasarpadi is one of the localities in northern part of Chennai which serves the housing needs of people who fall under low-income category. High rise apartments, luxury flat and high-cost houses are less here in comparison to other areas. Major category of housing units available here are individual houses. Most of the properties here are given out on rent. So people buy properties here to give them out on rent since the area has good rental yield.
