Q: Can I buy a 3BHK apartment in Santoshnagar? My office is in HITEC City. Will the commute be easier due to the Inner Ring Road?

You can buy an apartment in Santoshnagar, as the commuting is going to be easier due to the Inner Ring Road. The total time taken for commuting is also going to decrease after the construction of this road, as it will help in dividing the traffic.
There are some interesting properties in Santoshnagar like the SV Crystal project, the Jaya Shekara Brundavanam project and the SV Sama Residency that you can look into. This locality is affordable also, so you won’t burn a hole in your pocket in trying to burn the apartment.

Hey, the Inner Ring Road is definitely going to improve the condition of traffic within the city. It is supposed to be about 50 km long and will connect all the important parts of the city with, thus enabling better transportation.
It’s okay to buy a property on Santoshnagar if you are going to be commuting everyday to Hitech City. You can take the Inner Ring Road from the Santoshnagar crossing, head towards Banjara Hills, and then take one of the connecting roads on to the Hitech City
