Hi Madhu, As I came to know from news, faridabad metro to scale up the realty. After the first trial run of the metro, Faridabad occupants and the ones heading out to and from Faridabad are sitting tight for the initiation of its administrations.
According as far as anyone is concerned, the Badarpur-Faridabad metro hallway is a completely hoisted 14 km-long extend which is relied upon to be operational by June 2015. Violet line is an expansion of the current metro line from Mandi House -Badarpur which will coddle the sub-city settlements of Faridabad.
Once the metro is useful, it will essentially lessen the issue of activity and clogging on the streets which the workers fight ordinary while venturing out to and from Faridabad . As I would like to think, capital estimation of a 2BHK flat ranges from Rs 15 lakh to Rs 1.5 crore with sizes differing from 700 to 1400 sq ft. For a bigger unit like a 3BHK, you would need to pay capital esteem between Rs 24 lakh to Rs 2.2 crore with sizes differing from 900 to 2500 sq ft.
In my perspective, Faridabad is found deliberately between Delhi to its North, Noida to its North East, Greater Noida to its East and Gurgaon to its West. The Indira Gandhi International Airport is at 35 km diatnace which can be come to through National Highway 2. With the initiation of metro operations in Faridabad, it won't just help day by day workers to travel all the more advantageously yet will likewise scale up the realty.
DMRC has officially marked a notice of comprehension (MoU) with the Haryana Government for augmentation of the badarpur metro passageway. This passageway will be completely lifted and will have 9 stations. once completely operational LINE 6 will run from Kashmere Gate to YMCA Chowk a 43.40 km stretch and will have 32 metro stations including five exchange stations.
That is indeed happy news as the area has been waiting for the metro since long. Finally work will begin on the 14 km stretch from Badarpur to YMCA chowk. The piling work on the Mathura road has started.
hmm piling is the main work ..the foundation of the pillars on which the track will finally come up..it seems that the DMRC is using new technology for completing work quickly....
Yeah Vrinda, they will use specially designed pre-cast U-shaped girders to complete the viaduct within 2 years. Delhi metro will use a single span of 27meters that will be cast separately at a yard will be used and this will be transported to the site by trailers at night to avoid commuters problems.
