t the unveiling of Cub51, Belleville Park, on July 26, 2014, Wave Infratech offered special BMW cars on the booking of the villas, in an exclusive limited period offer.
The offer implies that customers booking 300 sq yds Belleville Park villas will be offered a fully-loaded BMW 3 Series sedan; while customers booking 375 sq yds villas would be given a BMW Gran Turismo, and those booking 500 sq yds villas will be given the all new BMW X5 2014 – BMW’s latest car.

Hmm..i heard that HDFC,ICICI and axis are financing... moreover the builder is quite reputed so almost all banks will approve the loans...

Yea these are exclusive 51 villas that is being planned in sector 25A of noida. There are 3 floors and basement planned and the sizes are of 300 sq yards, 375 and 500 sq yards.. The smallest one of 300 sq yards are available for Rs 10Cr onwards.

well, the project sure does look interesting with loads of features and at a premium location.. this is just behind the wave city center and close proximity to the metro station ans all... sec 18 market is also hardly 2 kms away...

well the booking amount starts from Rs 50 lakh onwards and there will be 3 car parking free as well as a complimentary golf cart and 2 bicycles and free club membership and power back up.

There is splash pool, bbq and fireplace on the terrace as well as a variety of other facilities.
