Is the price quoted is negotiable? Which all banks are funding this project? What are the total nos of unit going to construct under this project? Can i get a 3.5 BHK unit on 2nd or 3rd floor?

Hello Anil,
No, the price quoted is fixed. Almost 19 banks have been approved this project till now and you can get your home loan from these bankers. It is a G+14 storey premium project consists 444 units in 8 towers.
Yes, there is a 3.5 BHK units available on 3rd floor.

It is a heard that the project has launched in 4 phases what about the rest of phases? What is the current construction status of the Phase-1 and when is the expected date of its possession? Which local body has approved this project?

Yes, you are absolutely right,
This project has launched in 4 Phases but only Phase-1 has been launched and rest of the phases will launched within 2 years. Construction work of Phase-1 has been come to an end and it is expected that the possession will be in June'2015. It is a BDA approved project and got all the project related approvals from there.
