hello the price trend in sector 75 is around Rs 4800 /sqft and i was looking at acouple of listing and the price being quoted is around Rs 5200/sqft... the project is very good and the builders is OK oK . As a seller i think i will hold on for another 4-5 months as the effects after elections is still to come by .. i do expect this to rise further....
Sure. but don't you think that since the price is already higher than what the price trend is, there will not be much difference or appreciation in the small time frame that you say...
