hi please do not invest ...because the tendency of the market is very sluggish. Again if you get a villa or Bunglow scheme go for it.you can get appreciation. Flats do not have much demand in Ahmedabad or else invest in flats in the range of 20 or 25 lacs you may get the return.

Few of the other reputed projects of the builder Goyal & CO. in Ahmedabad city are Orchid Whitefield, Orchid Greenfield, Riviera Antilia, Riveria Exotica, Orchid Mayfair, Orchid Harmony, Orchid Elegance etc.
This project is ready to occupy since May'2014.

It is one the prominent localities in Ahmedabad. It is a fast and highly developed area of S. P. Ring Road. Just 2 minutes walk in distance from Precious School Shanti Asiatic and has good connectivity with all important places of the City. Great connectivity to the international airport, reputed educational institute such as Nirma University, Kesar Sai Hospital, Lions Eye Hospital, reputed school like LML, AIT Engineering College etc. All the basic facilities like schools, banks, mall, market, hospitals and ATM are available nearby the locality. Transport facility is also good in this locality. If you are investing here for 3-5 years of time periods. I am very sure that it will give you a 30-40% of return in your investment.
