Hey Ulwe has left behind all other locality of Navi Mumbai. Major highlights of Ulwe are Sez, railway station, upcoming airport. Upcoming sea link which will lead to Mumbai in 20 minutes other then this pre-sanctioned plans for school, colleges, hospitals commercial centers, gardens and much more and more.

How is the locality ?? Will it be good for investment purpose ?

@Gurmeet: Ulwe is the well known location of Navi Mumbai. All the basic facilities like schools, colleges, hospitals are nearby. Road connectivity is also good at this location. As far as I know it is good for investment purpose as well.

Hey Vineet: units such as 1bhk is available. The price would be around Rs 30 lakhs for 600 - 645 sq.ft . Ulwe is a very nice locality. It is nearby new International Airport is coming in Ulwe, Trans Harbour Sea Link, Belapur-Uran Rail Corridor etc. Transport facility is also good in this locality. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality.
