What is the impact of NGT on Noida Property? What all projects are affected by this? Is Lotus Panache also affected?

I checked with 3C few days back. They are supposedly giving possession and are not affected by the NGT order. I hv a flat in Tower 5 and possession is due in Aug-14. keeping my fingers crossed

National Green Tribunal has kept the decision pendinah dn so the noida authority is not able to give completion certification to teh builder and thereby delayed the possession in many projects that are in th 10 km radius of the okhla sanctuary..
Eco sensitive areas should be preserved, but there should be clear rules rather than causing huge economic problems of first using the resources and then putting that on jeopardy...

Hi Rohit, i do not think that the 3C lotus Panache is effected.. i heard that projects of Jaypee group, Ajnara, Amraplai, ATS and Logix are the affected ones... you can however check with the builder about the specific location of the project.
