Hi, can anyone post the current experience about balaji symphony as they are claiming the problem of AAI approval has resolved and possession would be before schedule. How much they are charging presently. is it worth going for this project?

However, as a real estate buyer, one needs to know when you are bound to pay these charges and when you should not:-
Under two circumstances the developer has the right to charge escalation cost from the buyer. Firstly, if the developer improves the specifications of the unit or adds better amenities during the course of construction he can charge the additional cost with proper notice to the buyer. And secondly, if during the course of construction, the cost of construction increases by more than 10-15%, the developers can charge an additional cost provided this clause is mentioned in the agreement.
Thus, it is imperative for the buyer to read the document carefully before buying.
Hi, If the project is in a good location and the developer has a good reputation and is facing issues that will be resolved in the foreseeable future, it is advisable to stay invested as long as one has the financial holding power.
The Project is a total waste of time & resources! We had invested back in 2011 and till 2014 they have not even completed the plint work Moreso they have changed the payment according to their own whims and fancies without intimation and now are sending demand letters without showing any progress at all !
its same frustration with more of customer,,, space India is fooling in name of booking on behalf they said something in office 3 yrs back and now space India has taken some rights of partnership in this project where as we had Balaji developer allotment letter on payment schedule and their demand letter states something if they continue same we will take legal course already I am discussing with my legal on this as they are not allowing to sale the right where we had not signed anything with developer purpose for not allowing is greed by space India to buy from old customer at same rate and resale at higher value
Hi Ancel, The act of the builder as alleged in your post amounts to unfair trade practice and deficiency of service.
On this ground you can file case in the consumer forum therefrom you can claim for damages and compensation and return of your penal amount which you have already given to the builder.
Please don't book in this project we have invested from 2010 and 2014 it was suppose to handover they are still in plinth stage neither they allow us to sale nor they are refunding payment on time it's 3 month I am chasing for payment of refund it waste of my investment where they have not told us that we cannot sale the flat in between and it can be sold after completion the progress is null
