Traffic issues in Madhapur

Q: Hey, a lot of people are investing in Madhapur these days. I want to invest here too. But, I’m an old man and I have very little tolerance for heavy traffic. I can consider investing in the outskirts, but I hear the investment return in Madhapur is pretty high. I’d like to know from you folks who commute through Madhapur, how do you think the traffic scenario is?

I agree to an extent. The roads inside Madhapur are alright. Places like Ayyappa society, roads around Inorbit mall etc are perfectly fine and well maintained. But, nowadays irrespective of the time you find a lot of traffic at the signals and junctions. I think this is partially due to the metro rail work going on at madhapur along the hitec city road. The roads are a little cramped at the moment because of that. But, I’m guessing that’s temporary. Once, the construction is done the traffic scene should improve.

Sir, I understand your concern with the traffic. Like mentioned above Madhapur is definitely a good place to invest in. Besides, I think traffic issues are something that come free with development in the area. You could opt for some villa projects or residential projects which are in the few secluded areas of Madhapur. Atleast you wouldn’t have to deal with the noises on the road. I don’t stay in Madhapur, so I don’t really know which areas are relatively quiet and noise free. Maybe someone staying there could help you with it.

Hello Sir. You are right when you say that the property return rate is pretty high in Madhapur. In fact, there are some great ongoing and upcoming projects here which I hear are very popular and high on demand. I travel from Madhapur to Gachibowli everyday, and honestly the traffic is bad only during the peak hours. I mean, that is something which every area in close proximity to the IT hub will face. But, apart from that I think the roads are not broken except at few junctions. The traffic comes with us working people and goes home with us and when we do.
