Hi,
As i heard that the project is ready to move, if i buy a 3BHK units then how much i have to pay as a booking amount? Can i get a home loan? Which all banks have approved this project? What is the current price they are quoting?

Gokulesh Residency by Prasanna Associates is a ready to move project and almost all the financial institutions such as ICICI, SBI, HDFC, Axis etc. have approved this project. As the project is ready to move then it depends upon the loan amount sanctioned by the bank. The current rate is Rs. 2200/sq-ft.

This project has good connectivity like Vadodara Airport-4.6 kms, VIP Circle Bus Stop-4.4 kms, Pratap Railway Station-2.8 kms, Crystal Kids School, Baroda Medical College, Shree Krishna Children Hospital etc. within 1-2 kms radius.

Ongoing Residential Projects by the developer are Kamalanjali Gateway in Kalali and Satyam Residency in Talsat.

Other ongoing projects in the locality are Planet World, Shivalay Residency-2, Nand Vatika, Gyanam Homes, Kanha Gold etc. at Waghodia-Dabhoi Ring Road.
