Even for thr open plot the developmental charges will be set at 0.50% of sale deed value. In all cases, the sale deed value will mean cost on which stamp duty was paid during sale deed and will be the deciding factor between the seller and the buyer.

There is also proposal to regularize water connections of as many as 77000 illegal connections by waiving off penalty, usage charges and charges of the new meter.

yeah, even i hears that this will be increase from the existing Rs 60 per sqft to some percentage of the sales deed of the property...

Yeah, there is proposal is to charge 2% of plot's sale deed value for residential properties, 3% for industrial properties and 4% for commercial properties. this will effective increase the prices 4-5 times....
