Q: How is the MIHAN locality for living? Any new residential projects there?

mihan is good area to live there for sure but in south Nagpur Supreme Blossoms in Koradi Road, Nagpur is a ready-to-move housing society. They have 2 bhk flats in nagpur and 3 bhk flats in nagpur .

Spread over an area of 4,354 hectares, the MIHAN project (multi-modal international cargo hub and airport at Nagpur) aims to convert the Nagpur International Airport into a major cargo hub, with an integrated road and rail connectivity. The project is expected to have an SEZ-cum-residential zone in an area of 40.25 kms. Major companies that are already present in the MIHAN SEZ include TCS, Hexaware, Lupin Pharma, etc, while Infosys, Air India-Boeing, Tech Mahindra and HAAS Corporation have plans to set shop here

MIHAN locality in Nagpur is fast growing and one of the secure and fast growing area in all aspects since it is a SEZ. Hence, living there would be a good option. If you are looking for a new property in MIHAN then I suggest you go take a look at Mahindra Bloomdale located beside DY Patil International School in Khapri. They offer 2 to 4 BHK houses and it is located in a green landscape of almost 25 acres of area. It is a promising property and the property rates would surely go up in the future.

Yes,
Mihan and South Nagpur are good investment options although think long term. Yes Mihan project is very much in progress although the development has been rather slow. The property prices around Mihan boomed initially now seems a bit stagnant. But nothing to worry, it offers a good value for money if you are seeking to invest in a long term. For residential properties, Empress City and capital city located in East Nagpur and Sahara city located in South Nagpur are good options although a little far from the main city center.
