I think your budget is quite good, In my sense u have to also look some other location like Whitefield, airport road , sarjapur road which give quite good return of investment in coming 5 to 10 yrs.
Now a day most of the builder are coming up with good project in this location and it is good locality to invest for long term. current price trend going around this locality is around Rs3000 to Rs 3400 per sq ft. Kengeri is good connectivity with main Bangalore town.
I completed do not agree with what Mangal said. The area is not up to the market but many reputed builders are coming up with their projects in this locality. It may be good for long term investment I feel so.
Hello Shazad. After doing market research only I have comment. I am not sure if you know or not that the property price in the last couple of years have grown by almost 20 per cent. Home buyers or investors are mainly planning to buy in this locality for two reasons first land prices are affordable for weekend homes and secondly you can easily find affordable luxury apartments along the road.
Kengeri Main Road is one of the part of satellite towns of Bangalore and one of the good destination in the Bangalore outskirts. The area has good connectivity to the suburbs in the South and en route to Mysore.
