worst constuction and more issues with lift ,pipeline leakages

Q: it is not a good idea to take rent in aarambh township with more then 8000 for month.
problems:
lift
drainase pipeline issues
leakages
thefting problems
dogs creating problems in township
worst constuction inside & outside

Hi,
If you are facing such kind of issue, better contact the owner of the house and ask him to resolved the issue. If not then look some other properties for rent in near by locality which is near to all the basic daily necessities.

no, i just visited to search rented house for my friend who is shifting from pune to hyd. so personally i observed these all things.
i enquired some of residents also.
Rents also vary from 6000 to 9000 for 2bh(area is very less around 800sft).
hall area is very small(1 dewan cot+sofaset+tv, then no space for walking)
both bedrooms also very small.
There is no shelves in hall & bedrooms
finally my friend decided & taken house in HUDA colony (1200sft+7500 rent+fully wooden work).
u can visit yourself & take a decision to buy or rent.
