Latest Answer: Sri Lakshmi Shubham Arcade Spoorthy has got approval from GHMC. The project is offering 2 and 3 bhk apartments with price ranging from Rs 39 lakhs to rs 45 lakhs approximately. The project will have 10 blocks with 6 floors on each blocks. This is their first project so really cannot comment on the construction quality, builder reputation etc

Latest Answer: Hi, Builder cant change or reduces the car parking area without the approval of owner. please check your agreement paper for any discloser for parking area. if not there is certain rules for car parking area space, in my knowledge 2% of entire parking area is the calculation but it defer from state to state. you have to check from local authority.

However there are a few advantages with fully gated that, there is a club houe, swiming pool, reputed builder and all that. BUt semi-gated has all facilities except pool, and club house and it is near to city and rlwy station as opposed to fully gated community. Which one is preferable?

see it depend upon choice of individual where he opt for semi and gate community . but one of the important view point is location and availability of basic need of the life. off course in gate community you get all facility but price is high .

All the material used for this construction is below average. two bed room kitchens are like a toilets. three bed rooms are not according to vastu. service is worst. If you really want to buy a flat here then you are a looser. If you still want to buy then do not spend more than 2500/sq ft, otherwise you will be a big looser.
