I am interested in buying a property in Gachibowli Hyderabad.

Q: Can anyone please advise as to which are the reliable builders and what is the kind of property appreciation i can hope to see in 5 years

There are good ongoing projects in Gachibowli by reputed builders like Jains Carlton Creek by Jain Housing, Vasathi Anandi by Vasathi Housing Limited, Phoenix Golf Edge by Phoenix Group, NCC Urban Gardenia by NCC Infrastructure, Ramky Ceo Enclave by Ramky Group etc.

Gachibowli is a really nice locality. I work in HITEC city, and I still prefer staying here. The distance is not so much, and the roads are wide and good. The place is very safe, secure and residential, in spite of all the commercialization. There’s a Pullela Gopichand Badminton Academy here. The public transport is really good too. The APSRTC buses numbered 216 and 217 run frequently connecting this locality to Mehdipatnam and Koti, which are the proper cities. The environment is pollution free and the residential areas are very homely and warm, be it for bachelors, couples or family people

Gachibowli is a very prime and decent locality with good environment. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality. Transport facility is also good in this locality.
