Q: Is it right time to buy plot or independent house at Gated community@ameenpur area, Hyderabad ? I heard that rates will come down in coming months ? It would be really great and much appreciated if you suggest me on this concern.Thanks

I saw one venture ...want to share few details about that venture. please find below.
Shankar Green Homes (PVNR Constructions) gated community venture Nr Chanda Nagar.
PRICE: 30, 00,000/- TO 37, 00,000/-
Its Gated community with all amenities ( Manjeera Water, Club House, Inverter provided,Mini Bus, Children play Area, Shuttle Court, Compound wall with Solar fencing & Many more……….)
In 10 Acres of Area , total venture plan is 194 independent houses,they planning to construct.
Extact Location is Ameenpur.
From Sridevi theater to Shankar green homes it will take 4 Kms.
Can anyone please suggest ,Is it good to take the independent house at this venture ?

Not sure if the rates will come down or not but I heard that Ameenpur is the upcoming area which is cool for living with family including those for the elders who are enjoying the retired life. The basic amenities such as schools, colleges, banks, hospitals, market area are nearby, at a walkable distance and the area has clean water, air and no traffic noise pollution though it is very much accessible from JNTU, Miyapur etc

If you want to do investment for short term investment I would say Hyderabad would be good. Because of Telangana the prices went down but there are chances after some time the prices will be go high again.
