Q: I am planning to buy a 2BHK flat in kondapur, i am confused with two areas which are sri ram nagar near chirac public school and cyber valeey after RTO office.

Hi all,
It is well connected by Gachibowli or Hitech City with a lot of new development, markets & malls nearby, Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Oracle, Amazon & Google all have offices within 2 km of this locality and In-Orbit mall is also within 1.5 km and good schools like Chirec Public School, DPS etc. are also very close by.
But i want to know the current property rate of the locality?

The current residential property rate in the locality is between Rs. 3730-3600/sq-ft.

As far as its locality is concerned Kondapur is a very good locality. It is close to the IT offices, 30 minutes from airport through ORR, it is close to Inorbit, Forum, Manjeera Malls, 20 minutes from Jubilee Hills, plenty of schools and close to many 5 star hotels, restaurants, hospitals and the metro is getting ready by next year and finally in this locality. This area has a bit scarcity of water but residents here manage with tankers in summer rest of the seasons they manage with their bore-wells.
