Mukesh - Please don't provide misleading information to this forum. Excavation work started from September, and still more than 70% units unable to sell, whereas you have mentioned "Currently the construction work is in full pace and expected to complete by December'2016" on 5th Aug, 2014. I'm one of the investor in this project and personally having close track on the developments of this Project.
Anyone, who is claiming on expected possession of this project before May, 2018 actually doesn't know about basics of Real Estate Industry in Delhi/ NCR.
Hi, Can anyone please advise on the Morpheus Pro Developers track record and how they are as a builder? Do you think Pratiksha would be a good investment?
Hi Saran, I am little bit surprised that price they are quoting is less than other builders in that locality beside the location look crap its in front of Aminabad village and that itself is a let down. Agent claimed to sold lots of houses there but I doubt he is telling the truth. I cannot find anything aboutt this builder except that they have RTM flat in Noida Morpheus Blue Bells. Morpheus Pratiksha is their first project. They have started their journey as a real estate developer within Delhi-NCR.
I think its quite affordable and prices are very tempting. So if anybody planning for investment or buying, locality is good for both inverter and end users as the developments of the locality is tremendous and every basic needs within reach.
