2bhk flat for resale?

Q: I am Looking to buy a 2 BHK or 3 BHK flat appartments in chennai around 35Lacs. Area - 800 sqft. or above. Can anyone suggest me a good location. Should be closer to railway or metro station and without any water problem in that area.
