The rate i have given that is an average rate and again the price depends on the property you are buying and its location.

Hi Jim, The rate per sqft going on in Elamakkara is Rs 3600 so I feel the rate the builder is quoting of the project is fine. You can try to negotiate with the developer if he is ready to :) :)
