I want to buy 2 BHK home of upto 35 lakh range in Delhi. Please suggest any place.

Q: I am working in gurgaon so my job can shift either in Gurgaon or in Noida but my preference to buy home in delhi only. Please suggest.

This is in reference of Flat NO 102 of DPWHO PROJECT NO-25 D being Constructed at Dwarka Sector-23B Pocket-:7 POCHANPUR, NEW DELHI. This was booked on 6th September2014 and was to be handed over within 18 months. But Construction never started for this project and after approaching DPW multiple times DPW dodged and were giving fake promises. Due to frustration finally I cancelled project on 26 Feb 2016 because of Their fake promises and Project never started. I am still waiting for payment along with interest which they were supposed to pay on 10th of this month as promised and mentioned in letter. I want DPW response for the same otherwise I have to go for Legal Action against Them as I have given them enough chances and have been waiting for long. Please help in above case and provide me solution to get my Money back.r

Gurgaon & Noida both are good location and there also you can get 2bhk in 35 lakh. But as your preference is Delhi only so as per my knowledge here are some builders and projects where you look forward:
Royale Avenue,Ibrahimpur, Sec 9 P-11 Zone, Burari by Chiranjeevi Group,having 2 bhk apartment ,possession will be around Sepember 2014.
Marvelous Residency,G.T Karnal Road, Pitampura, by Samadhan Social Welfare Society , is also having 2 bhk apartment ,which possession is December 2018.
DPWHO Project located in Shivani Enclave, Kakrola, having 2 bhk apartment & currently it is under construction stage.
These are some of builders & projects with good location in Delhi. As you have not mentioned any particular location in Delhi so I hand picked some of major and good locations for you.
