According to American real estate mogul Donald Trump India is a great place to invest and Indian property and hotel sectors are among top list. He is yet to make an equity investment in the country. He has another project under development in Pune, which is also a licensing pact. Some of the basic amenities in this project are private jet, SPA, pool, gym, lounge,white glove service, trump card etc.

This is the second attempt of Trump, known for high-rise buildings in Manhattan, to enter Mumbai. US-based real estate tycoon and celebrity Donald Trump’s Trump Organisation has tied up with Mumbai-based developer Lodha group for his second project in the country in the city.

Earlier its tie-up with Rohan Lifescapes failed. The 800-ft, 77-storey Tower spread over 17.5 acres of land will have 3/4/5 BHK luxury apartments. The construction is expected to be completed by 2018.
