Madhapur residents enjoy a number of things like power backup, rainwater harvesting practices, reserved parking, lift service, round the clock security, playgrounds for children, parks, water storage devices and even swimming pools and tennis court.
Very good infrastructure facilities here. There are excellent schools, bank, malls, colleges, shopping centers and entertainment hubs. Plus the metro rail project going to be undertaken here will further improve public transport options in Madhapur.
In Madhapur, there are more affordable housing options as property here roughly costs about Rs 3500 to 500 per square feet, while in Gachibowli it costs Rs 4000 to 5500. The fact that the financial destination of Manikonda is very close to Madhapur is another reason for increase in property demand here.
Madhapur is doing really well real estate wise for both home buyers and commercial property buyers. Though the growth was initially slow, Madhapurs real estate value is almost catching up with Gachibowli and Hitech city. Good place for investment :)
