HI Betal, The mostly flats are available in Sulabh Awas Gomti Nagar Extension-6, Jankipuram Extension, Betwa, Greenwood, Sargam and Sopan apartment. The LDA had received a number of complaints of unauthorized allottees and rent holders are living in these flats.
For that LDA has opened the registration process in April for the various vacant flats under Gomti Nagar Extension and Kanpur Road Yojana. The registration of these flats was canceled by the allottees but after the failure of registration about 260 flats are still vacant. Besides this, with the end of the time duration of OTS on 31 March, some other flats registration have canceled.
@Aslam, LDA is looking the work of the scheme and he has directed the action to prepare the details and after the proper costing, LDA will open the registration of these flats again.

Hi Ruchin, This scheme was essentially meant for the middle class. Over 5000 units were planned in different localities like Gomtinagar extension, Kanpur Road, Vasant Kunj & Priyadarshini (Sitapur Road). It is expected that nearly 3500 applicants got registered in phases-1 but only 128 units were allotted possession may be provided only after six months LDA is still refunding the registration amount to the buyers.
i have seeb the sites of gomti nagar vistaar . its almost complted . but even after that they are telling 6 months more . everytime they are extending the date . . and i thnk we have paid the extra amount also while payin the EMI. what will happen to that money .

its been over 4 years now- We only get demand letters but no news for pocession- I have paid 67000 for the additional ground floor (instead of 50000), They are now asking 71000 as additional payment for increase in construction costs (maximum amount that could be increased was 50,000)- They delay the project to over 55 months now instead of delivering it in 24 months & IT IS GENERAL PUBLIC WHO SHOULD PAY THE INCREASED COST- WTF..K
Very strange.These flats were registered in March 2010. It has been 4 years since then. What should we do? Only wait & then also we are not sure if we will get the possession???? How long it will take, only God knows.
Yeh........Vibhu, Not only this, LDA has not developed any greenbelt in the project and is ready to register the flats.
Now they are develop greenery, parks, greenbelt in the project as per the map. LDA started this housing project around 2010 when 1928 allottees showed interest in owning flats in the project. LDA somehow started registry of flats after three years of launch and has already completed formalities for 25 allottees in January this year.
Well, When these allottees are asking for possession of properties after registration, builders of the project Larsen and Toubro are returning the allottees as the infrastructural facilities are sill missing in the project. They have not been able to provide water and electricity supply to them and hence cannot give them possession of flats.
Hi, There seems to be no end to the problems of allottees of Riverview Apartments in Gomtinagar Extension area. When Lucknow Development Authority finally managed to start registration process of flats after three years of launch, the allottees are still not being given possession of flats.
