Hello Sir,
As we all know that and read in Times Of India that LDA started constructing Shrishti Apartment Yojna in 2009 which comprised 520 flats. Even after 5 years, the flats have not been completed. While structures of few blocks have been erected, other blocks have not been even half completed. The finishing work is all left. Also, basic facilities are missing here. So, before investing do all the necessary homework.
