Do not buy any flat in Vertex Constructions. Their recent Project Vertex Prime is a biggest utter flap in the construction Industry itself. And their management and maintanance teams are the worst ones. They have already collected the maintanance fee for 2 years. And now they are again charging saperately for using the aminities like 500 for swimming ( per person); 100 for gym. Even the flats have so many issues like seabage issues and many other. It is a sincere suggestion that not to buy a flat in vertex.

Maintenance charges Rs.25 ps-ft (for 1 year)
Water & Electricity Charges Rs.100 ps-ft
Club Membership Rs.100000
IDC Charges Rs.100 ps-ft -
Covered Car Parking Rs.3 lac
