Vertex Maintanance
Q: Do not buy any flat in Vertex Constructions. Their recent Project Vertex Prime is a biggest utter flap in the construction Industry itself. And their management and maintanance teams are the worst ones. They have already collected the maintanance fee for 2 years. And now they are again charging saperately for using the aminities like 500 for swimming ( per person); 100 for gym. Even the flats have so many issues like seabage issues and many other. It is a sincere suggestion that not to buy a flat in vertex.

Latest Answer: You are right Pravallika, A housing society cannot raise additional charges unless it is detailed in the by-laws drafted at the time of setting it up. The amount can be controversial and the member has the right to take up the matter with the registrar of housing societies. The registrar can then appoint an administrator if it feels that the committee is not performing as per the rules laid down under the Housing Societies Act.
