I have not book any property in this project. I am a real estate enthusiast and i love doing research. As this is a plot project I feel it will be good for long term investment.

For booking a plot you have to pay an amount of Rs. 50,000/-. HDFC and SBI has approved the project.

Hey Shyam, The current rate per sqft going on in this project is Rs 600 and the project offers plots with size ranging from 1200 sqft to 1800 sqft. The basic selling price of the plot starts from Rs 7.20 lakhs approximately.
