Distance from Railway Stations in Ghatkesar

Q: Hi I am someone who travels around the country on a regular basis. Since most of my travelling arrangements are made by rail, I wanted to know how far the railway stations are from this property.

Hello friends. I just wanted to point out that apart from the two stations that you have mentioned, there is also Vidya Nagar Railway Station near the same area. Since The Vidya Nagar Railway Station is almost the same distance as the Secunderabad Junction, It could be a good option to board trains that share these stops. It is almost 3.5 kms away and should take you around 40 minutes to reach from the site. It mostly depends on what train you are boarding. If there is more traffic towards Secunderabad station, this could serve as a good back up.

Hi! Even I agree with you guys. I don't think there should be any problem in traveling from the site to the Railway Station. Your best bet would be going to the Seethafal Mandi Station itself. It is much closer and most of the trains that pass through Secunderabad Junction will cut through this station. You will find very few that will pass only through one of the two stations. If that does happen though, you can always book one that has a halt at both the stations. This way you have an extra option in case you are running late.

Hi! Yes, that's right. Even if you find a train that passes through both the stations, It's smart to catch the train from Secunderabad Junction if the traffic looks bad near the Seethafal Mandi Railway Station. Trains generally will take around five or ten minutes to commute from one station to the other. Sometimes more, if there is delay. So you can utilize that time if you are running late. Also, If you are traveling by public transport, I would suggest taking an auto or a cab instead of the MMTS. It avoids lots of unnecessary delay that could make you miss your train.

Hi! I am also someone who needs to travel frequently on assignments related to work. The Secunderabad Railway Station is located, a little more than three km away from the Ushodayam Green Homes site. The traffic around the area generally doesn't look very bad so, it should not take more than 30 to 40 minutes for you to reach the railway station. The Seethafal Mandi Railway Station is much closer though. It should be just around one km away and you should reach there within 15 mins. Sometimes when I don't find trains that pass through one station, I board them from the other.
