Hi Pramela , As per my knowledge this location is best for investors as well as home buyers..The locality and it's connectivity is the main attraction for everyone . In 2011 this locality had price 3850/sq-ft .But now in 2014 it touched price 6000/sq-ft. Here it is the clear picture how the price is increasing .

Hi All, As per my knowledge Haryana IGNOU Community College is coming on road side of NH-8 ,which is around 4.3 km away from Sector 80, Government Polytechnic College near to IGNOU is around 4.3 km away from Sector 80. The AMITY University is 6.7 km from this sector. t is nearly 3-4km distance from Tau Devi Lal Park. Schools like DPS Manesar, Laxmi International School,Shanti Vidya Niketan , Vardhan Public School & Bal Bharti Public School are hardly 3-4 km distance from Sector 80.
Hi Indranil, In my point of view, Sector -80, Gurgaon is on NH-8. The Sector 80 mix with residential and commercial hub in this vicinity there is Mc Donald, 5 star hotels. It is close to proposed metro link from Burgeon to Manesar. Road connectivity is excellent. Market & restaurants are minutes away. It is well connected by trains, buses and public transports. School, bank, ATM and hospital are available nearby the locality. Sector-80 is a very good location. And well connected with the other parts of the city.
