MUDA also has done a lot to expand Mysore's infrastructure and real estate projects. The Mysore Master Plan of 2031 should hopefully be executed efficiently.

The city is already well connected to Bangalore, what with the four lane road and regular trains. Mysore has granted 100 licenses to new developers because the focus now is to improve upon housing conditions in terms of both facilities and quantity.

Mysore is only 140 km from Bangalore and with improvement made to the Banaglore airport and Bangalore- Mysore infrastructure corridor, tons of real estate positive changes are going to be felt in Mysore.

Mysore aka the City of Palaces is located at an altitude of 763 metres and it is surrounded by hills and valleys that add a nice touch to the landscape. People like it here because they feel relaxed.

Even though Bangalore is the capital of Karanataka, I feel that Mysore is a more beautiful place with rich culture, stunning architechture, nicely laid out green gardens, imposing buildings and sacred temples. This attracts property buyers.
