I have also booked a flat in Signia Oceans in Sep 2012. At the time the Builder had promised to deliver the posession by Mar 2013. Its been more than 18 months delay in the project. Let us meet and take up the issue jointly with the builder. You can mail your details on reachmefaster@gmail.com

Hi,
Here are some useful information about the project. They got the environment clearance but waiting for the Occupancy Certificate not yet received. All the 2BHK units have been sold out. Only 2 units in 3BHK left for booking.

I have booked a flat and wanted to know the construction updates and possession date? What is the current price of 3BHK? Is the price all exclusive?

Well Lalit,
Construction work has finished and they are planning to deliver the possession within 3-4 months. 3BHK in 2133 sq-ft will cost around Rs. 2.40 Cr. all exclusive.

Hi,
Its better to have an OC in place. If the builder is not able to get an OC then there would have been some non-compliance by the builder in respect to the construction. If the OC is not in place then your basic amentities such as Water from NMMC/BMC gets hampered. It seems builder is not interested to start work as the prices of nearby locations have gone up including Airoli.
